Local graduate reveal stress management and budgeting techniques with five recently published books.

Portland Ore., - Stress is the second most reported work-related health problem, according to a 2005 OSHA study. Rae Jones provides readers with information on how to effectively reduce and manage stress in her books: How to Overcome Stress, Overcome Stress with Balance  and  The Science of Smell.  

Ms. Jones confronts many of the life habits and events which are often the cause or root problem in regards to stress.  She addresses the longterm health effects of ignoring these detrimental symptoms, and gives solutions and practices to create new and beneficial life patterns, for health and finances. She is also the author of How to Create Wealth  and How to Buy Insurance, issues which cause stress in our lives.
