About

Rae Jones is a self-published author, popular blogger, consultant, mentor, coach and inspirational speaker on personal stress management and financial organization.

The desire to help people achieve financial well-being fueled Rae’s rapid climb through the ranks of the financial industry, where she worked in many areas of financial services, including insurance, investments, financial planning, mergers and acquisitions, and start-up business planning.

After receiving her MBA and co-founding an international stress management company in 2006, she began and finished authoring 5 books in 2011 on personal money management and stress reduction tactics.

In 2004, struggling to balance the demands of career with the needs of personal-fulfillment, she concluded that “having it all could, in fact, be too much.”

“I found I wasn’t alone,” muses Rae. “As a society, we’re wealthier than ever before, but depression, obesity and chronic disease rates caused by unwarrantedly high stress rates are skyrocketing. We’re staying too long in jobs that aren’t satisfying, and working more than is sustainable for our health and our families. No matter how much money we manage to accumulate, we worry it won’t be enough. At the same time, I found a huge disconnect between the general public and their potential dreams of starting a business, finding an insurance agent or investment manager, or even trying to set up their own personal retirement account. This was a divide which many people who are new to dealing with finances find intimidating and frightening to cross.”

“But the truth is, everything in our lives is interconnected. If we feel stress in our jobs, it will reflect in our relationships and home life.”

In 2010, After resigning from her ‘day job’, she opened the doors to achieve her life’s dream of living as a writer and ‘bridge’ to help people take control of their own finances and their lives in an empowered, educated, and less stressful way. Even finding stress-relief in a creative outlet of writing erotic short stories.

“My personal exploration, allowed me the time and space to see that a transition is possible from an unsatisfying, stressful struggle with everything to a more balanced life which aligns work, meaning and money.”

With a cascade of stories and a personable engaging demeanor, Rae is an excellent keynote speaker and has been featured at multiple international holistic health seminars, local colleges and private businesses and organizations.
